Amazing #YEY150 event in Richmond organized by UCC-Vancouver branch took place on June 30.
Joyful and full of fun, “BC Youth Celebrate Diversity” event attracted youth from different cultural backgrounds, who learnt about impressive immigration success stories, presented by Ukrainian students in Vancouver through their Outstanding Ukrainian Canadians multimedia projects (O.W.L. Open World Learning), and followed the steps of first Asian immigrants to Canada with Vancouver high school youth (Point Grey Mini School).
Special guests of the event – M’Girl Aboriginal Women’s Music Ensemble and The UBC Kung Fu Association.
