Kings of the Lake is a youth hockey tournament that is youth driven for youth participants. The event is sponsored by Youth Engaging Youth Canada 150 project leading by Ukrainian Canadian Congress.
Our goal is to provide a free hockey tournament for youth across the city and BC, and also to provide a free BBQ lunch. Kings of the Lake is a project that the Youth of Trout Lake Community Centre Youth Council works on. This year they would like to make it grand by providing T-shirts to all participants as well as including regular games for all, plus a free BBQ Luncheon (sponsored by UCC YEY Canada150 project).
Come as a team (see details how to apply below), or as a spectator.
How to participate
If you’re a hockey player age 14-19, form a team and register it by sending details about your team (names, age and which community you represent), as it is asked in the poster, with a COPY to galyna@ucc.ca.
