Varenyky Night
Have you ever eaten a delicious bowl of perogies/varenyky and thought but how can I make some for myself? Well now is your chance!
Students from KWUAS (Kitchener Waterloo Ukrainian Association of Students) in conjunction with UCC’s Youth Engaging Youth are hosting a make your own varenyky night. Join us on July 7th, 7-10 PM at the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Transfiguration on 131 Victoria St S, Kitchener, Ontario and learn how to make your own homemade varenyky. You will also get to taste your handy work and finish the night off with a dozen varenyky to take home, all for free!
Members of KWUAS will also be there to talk about and answer any questions you may have had about Ukraine, its food, culture and current events.
This is an all ages event. We hope to see you there!
